ROTTERDAM || BREAKFAST AT BAZAR
It's one of my favourite places in Rotterdam to have breakfast. Or lunch. The plus side of Bazar is that you can order breakfast all day long! Perfect for lazy animals like me!
It's a warm place, with a colourful interior and eyecatching lamps. They're located at the Witte de Withstraat in Rotterdam's city centre in a beautiful monumental building. Ofcourse they serve more than this breakfast only, you can have lunch and dinner as well. A la carte. But this meal is my all time favourite! As a romantic candlelight date with my boyfriend or as a cozy get-together with friends, a rich meal at 12 before a late work shift or a filling lunch late afternoon when I'm free, outside in the sun during summer or at a colourful table inside when it's cold and rainy. It all fits! You get a lot and it's nice to share the versatile meal you get presented.
What you get is pide, açma and simit, marinated feta, herbed cream cheese, kaymak and apricot jam to eat with the bread, honey, a thousand holes pancake, yogurt with fresh fruit, a boiled egg, lamb ham, suçuk, a glass of fresh orange juice and coffee or tea. It looks as colourful as the restaurant. And I always pick the fresh mint tea!
So if you're in town and you want to eat something special and versatile try the breakfast at Bazar! You can eat by yourself for €8,90, or order for 2 for €16,90. It's worth every cent!
