NL: The Tea Lab is zo'n beetje mijn favoriete plek in Rotterdam op dit moment. Ik spendeer er te veel van mijn tijd en te veel van mijn geld. Maar...
dat is zeker goed besteed!
The Tea Lab heeft een uitgebreid en gevarieerd aanbod in koffie en thee en hun taartjes zijn heerlijk! De red velvet is mijn absolute favoriet, maar ik vind de worteltaart ook erg lekker.
Dat wat The Tea Lab bijzonder maakt is dat je je eigen drankje kunt ontwerpen. Op de computerschermen met touchscreen kun je een drankje naar wens uitkiezen en kruiden, vers fruit of welke ingredient je maar wil toevoegen. En er staat bij hoeveel calorieën er precies in zitten.
Op deze plek dronk ik mijn eerste bubble tea (ja! vreugdedansje!). Van de zomer heb ik alle smaken van de huisgemaakte ijsthee geprobeerd. En nu het echt koud begint te worden ben ik verslaafd aan de dirty chai latte. Mmm!

Dus als je in Rotterdam bent, twijfel dan niet om even langs te komen bij mijn nieuwe 'stamkroeg'. De sfeer is zo goed! En het is midden in het centrum.

EN: The Tea Lab is probably my favourite place in Rotterdam right now. It's the place I spent too much of my time and too much of my money. But well, it's all well spent!
The Tea Lab has a a versatile range of coffee and tea and their cakes are delish! The red velvet is my absolute favorite, but I love the carrot cake a lot as well.
The thing that makes The Tea Lab special is that you can create your own drink. On the screens you can choose the drink you want and add spices, fresh fruit or every ingredient you can think of. And it states how many calories there are exactly in the drink.
This is the place I had my first bubble tea (yes! dance of joy!). During summer I tried all the flavours of their homemade iced tea. And now the cold kicked in I'm addicted to their dirty chai latte. Mmm!

So it you're in Rotterdam, don't hesitate to visit my fave hangout. There's a great buzz! And it's right in the city centre.
